Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide in Malaysia. Some areas may not be covered, depending on the courier coverage.



How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days for West Malaysia and 5 to 7 business days for East Malaysia during the regular season. During festive seasons, shipping times may take longer.



What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date and must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. Used items are not eligible for return. Of course, if an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately and you will be refunded accordingly.



How much is the return shipping fee? 

Before arranging for a return, kindly contact us to decide whether we can do a reverse pickup or you will need to post the package over the counter.
